Sunday Summary - 01.30.22
Anxious People by Fredrik Backman
Now that I’ve finished this book, I can confidently say the writing style I loved so much in the beginning continued throughout the book. While this book touched on heavier themes, it still kept me laughing and I highly recommend it! I think the goal was to make you realize that all humans have something they’re dealing with - and that’s okay. Just remember that it’s usually better if we choose to get through it together. 5 stars from me!
The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window on Netflix
This is supposed to be a funny take on a scary movie, but as someone who is very afraid of most scary movies…I still think this is kind of scary. Watch with caution or a partner if you’re afraid of everything like me! If you’re a fan of true crime and scary movies, you’ll probably love this.
Rush on Netflix
If you were also a fan of Drive to Survive like Bryan and I were, you’d probably like this movie about the career of Niki Lauda and his young foe James Hunt. I give it a solid 4 stars!

I’ve been working since the end of last year to bring a website and weekly newsletter to life. I’ve always enjoyed writing and I’m excited to have a place to permanently store the summaries for easy reference later. This will also allow me dive into more complex topics that I can explain better in written form than in video form. The YouTube channel is here to stay - I just wanted some platforms to compliment it!
Most of my gift guides place an emphasis on physical items, but for Valentine’s Day Bryan and I like to focus more on time spent together than the exchange of tangible gifts. This video dives deep into experience gift ideas while also providing a few physical items you can tack onto the experience. Hope you enjoy!
